What we collect
When you request a call, we collect your name, phone number, city or ZIP, your project interest, and any optional message you provide. We also record the page you submitted from and any referral source (such as UTM parameters) so Bryan understands how you found him.
We do not require an email address, home address, budget, or home value.
How your information is used
Your details are used so Bryan can follow up with you about your roofing or siding options. Submitting a request is a request for contact — not a booked appointment.
How the partner model works
Omaha’s Trusted Roofer is Bryan Hickam’s homeowner resource and consultation brand. Bryan vets and partners with local roofing and siding contractors. Installation is performed by the contractor selected for your project.
To connect you with a contractor, Bryan may share the details you provided with a vetted local contractor partner suited to your project. Your selected contractor then handles inspection, scope, pricing, and installation.
Marketing and texting
We do not enroll you in automated marketing or texting by default. If SMS follow-up is implemented, it will use separate, unchecked, channel-specific consent with approved messaging, and we will record the consent version and time. Requesting help is separate from marketing consent.
Analytics
We may use analytics to understand traffic and which calls-to-action are used. We do not send names, phone numbers, addresses, or message text to general analytics tools.
Data retention
Your request details are retained as needed to follow up and for reasonable business records. Contact Bryan to request removal of your details.
Items pending owner review
Specific data-retention periods, a formal data-processing agreement with contractor partners, and any applicable state-specific privacy notices should be confirmed by the owner before launch. This page describes the intended data flow, not finalized legal terms.
