Who Bryan is
I’m Bryan Hickam. I help Omaha-area homeowners understand their roofing and siding options and connect with local contractors I’ve vetted.
Bryan’s role is guidance and connection. He listens to what you’re trying to do, explains your roofing and siding options in plain language, and — when you’re ready — connects you with a local contractor he’s vetted for the work.
How the partner model works
Bryan vets and partners with local roofing and siding contractors. He doesn’t perform installation himself. When you’re ready to move forward, he introduces you to a contractor suited to your project. Your selected contractor handles the inspection, written scope, pricing, and installation.
Bryan’s contractor relationships are transparent. He’s not an independent, unbiased, or fiduciary adviser — he’s a knowledgeable guide who helps you compare options and find the right contractor for the work.
What Bryan does — and doesn’t

- Does: connect you with a vetted local contractor for the work.
- Doesn’t: install roofing or siding, or perform inspections himself.
- Doesn’t: set the price — your selected contractor provides the written quote.
